Thank you for your interest in joining the Camden County Schools System Steering Committee.

The Camden County Schools System Steering Committee (SSC), which was created in January 2020, is composed of teachers, parents, and community stakeholders. The purpose of the SSC is to enhance and increase district transparency of ideas and recommendations.

The SSC teacher-participants, parents, and stakeholders serve as voting members on the committee and play a large part in shaping the future of our schools. The SSC weighs district recommendations, offer their suggestions, and ultimately make decisions that will have a direct impact on schools. The number of teacher, parents, and community stakeholders is limited to 55 annually.

The SSC meets several times throughout the school year. The majority of the regularly scheduled meetings are conducted in-person at the Ninth Grade Center Lecture Hall. The meetings are held on Teacher Workday/Student Holidays during the day. Will you be able to commit to attending these meetings regularly as they are currently scheduled? *
