TAPs Students Earn Real World Experience

TAPs Students Earn Real World Experience

Our very best teachers were often some of our very best students!

Camden County High School’s CTAE Department is proud to send our Teaching As a Profession (TAPs III) students into the community to complete their practicum under the direct supervision of certified teachers. They will spend time observing and analyzing class activities, while creating a portfolio filled with work samples, assessments, classroom management plans and more.

Dr. Angela McManigal, Principal of St. Marys Middle School and Dr. Heath Heron, Principal of Camden Middle School welcomed these students into their schools for the next 8 weeks. The TAPs students will then transition into our elementary schools to begin their second observation segment.

Considering Camden County Schools is the second largest employer in Camden County, this is a very exciting opportunity for these students to display their future teaching talents.
