Instructions: The request, if approved, is for the entire 2024-2025 school year and may not be changed except for hardship. New students: Parents must enroll elementary and middle school students at the school in the zone where they reside. Parents may, upon enrollment; request that their child attend a school out-of-zone for the 2024-2025 school year or the remainder of the year if enrollment is after school begins.  Such requests will be granted on a space available basis. *

The following criteria will be used to determine if this request is granted: a) Adequate space and personnel must exist at the school. b) The parent or guardian must be responsible for providing transportation to and from school. A student must not arrive early, or be tardy, and must be picked up at dismissal time. If granted, the waiver may be revoked at any time should the student accumulate disciplinary referrals, excessive tardies, or unexcused absences or for other valid reasons at the principal's discretion.
