Student Registration
Online registration is NOW OPEN!
Families may register new students and update information for returning students using the Infinite Campus system.
Returning Student Registration
If you have previously activated your Parent Portal account, please log in and scroll down to “Online Registration Update” to begin registering your child(ren) for the 2026–2027 school year.
If you have a new student in addition to an existing student, you may register your new student within the same Parent Portal account.
If you have a returning student but have not yet activated your Parent Portal account, you will need the activation key that was sent to the primary guardian on file. If you did not receive an activation key, please contact your child’s school for assistance.
New Student Registration
Please use New Student Registration to begin the process. Camden County Schools (CCS) offers a centralized registration process for families registering a student in a CCS school for the first time. Please visit our Central Registration webpage to learn more.
Gather What You'll Need
When you register your child in Camden County Schools for the first time, you'll need to provide proof of eligibility, such as age and residency.
Acceptable proof of age includes a birth certificate, passport, hospital record of live birth, legal document, or an official document from another country.
Two (2) proofs of residency are required. Acceptable proof of residency includes a current lease, property tax notice, homeowner's insurance bill, mortgage statement, current vehicle registration form, any utility bill listing your residence as the service address, a letter from a shelter, or a letter from your employer, if your employer provides housing.
Please note: A cell phone bill or driver’s license is not acceptable as proof of residency. If a family is residing with another individual or household, a notarized affidavit from the property owner must be provided confirming where the student’s family is living, along with a copy of the property owner’s proof of residency (from the acceptable documents listed above).
Active-duty military families may establish residency by providing a copy of official military orders verifying assignment to Georgia during the school year.
Health records, such as hearing, vision, dental, and nutrition examination certificates as well as immunizations records, are required. Forms to be completed by the Camden County Health Department or your health care provider can be downloaded from the Georgia Department of Health website.
Additional documents (if available) that are helpful:
Withdrawal Information: Please upload the withdrawal form from the student's previous school, indicating the student left in good standing.
Exceptional Services: Please upload any documentation related to Exceptional Services the student has received, including but not limited to an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), Section 504 Plan, Gifted eligibility, or other relevant support plans.
