At Camden County Schools, we believe in supporting the whole student, and that includes mental well-being.

Remember: Feelings are normal and temporary. You're not alone in what you're feeling, and it's okay to ask for help.

Let’s continue building a safe, supportive school community together.

🎉❤️ Last Friday was a truly special day! We join Camden County High School in celebrating our wonderful teacher, Mrs. Karine Jones, who received the surprise of a lifetime when her son, Petty Officer Second Class Gregory Jones, returned home after serving in the United States Navy. After more than a year apart, he walked into her classroom on Friday morning to surprise her. There was not a dry eye in the room as students and staff shared in this heartfelt moment.💙

Welcome home, Gregory, and thank you for your service!

🎨🔥 Our Painting II students at Camden County High School are absolutely crushing it with their latest art projects! From mastering shades, hues, and tones to exploring depth and dimension using just black and white paint — these young artists are proving that you don’t need a full color wheel to make bold statements.

We're so proud of their creativity, technique, and eye for detail. Keep painting your way to greatness, Wildcats! 🖌️

Ms. Melvin’s fifth grade math classes at Mary Lee Clark Elementary School just completed a hands-on project applying their knowledge of volume to designing wedding cakes. They designed their cakes and calculated the volume to feed all 250 guests. We are so proud of their creativity and ability to connect math to real world scenarios!

🧠 Student Mental Health Matters! 🧠

Mental health is just as important as physical health. Sometimes it’s hard to see, but if you’re feeling sad, overwhelmed, or just not yourself, you’re not alone, and help is always available.

Whether at school, at home, or online, support is just a conversation away. Remember, talking to someone, practicing healthy habits, and knowing the right resources can make a world of difference.

If you or someone you know needs help, here’s where to turn:
🏫 At School: Teachers, Counselors, Principals, Nurses
📱 At Home/Community: Text “Talk” to 741741 or call 988
💻 Online: securly.com/tip or 1-833-300-STOP

Together, let’s build a caring community where every student feels safe and supported. 💫
