Kindergarten Adventures with Mrs. Cabutto ✏️💌
In Mrs. Cabutto's class at Mary Lee Clark Elementary, learning is always an adventure! This week, our young explorers mastered letter writing ✉️. Inspired by an HMH lesson and guided by Mrs. Cabutto, they learned to craft letters from greeting to signature. With their letters, they spread joy and kindness throughout the school.🌟
The activity honed their writing skills and taught them the power of communication and gratitude. Even a simple act of kindness can make a big difference! 😊 The kids are already excited for their next adventure, ready to spread more happiness! 🎉✨

Happy National Principals Month! 🎉 Joi Martin, principal of Camden Success Academy, has taken a moment to share her favorite educational quote:
"'Success is a journey, not a destination.' As an educational leader, I am intentional in fostering a culture that ensures that students don’t allow their failures to define who they believe themselves to be; for, it is important that they embrace the power that lies within the word “yet.” I find joy in seeing students grow into becoming a better version of themselves. At Camden Success Academy, we have the unique opportunity of allowing students to set goals and support students throughout their journey in achieving that goal. The Camden Success Team values the importance of maintaining positive relationships with parents as we work together to ensure students remain connected and valued. Each member of our team has a unique gift that allows us to continue to learn and grow from each other."
Join us in honoring Mrs. Martin and all principals who make a difference in our schools! 💜💛

Happy National Principals Month! 🎉 Denise Millan, principal of Woodbine Elementary School, has taken a moment to share her favorite memory as a principal:
"My favorite memory so far as a principal has been celebrating with our PK-2nd graders who qualified for the Dr. Jack Christmas Read Aloud Club by reading 10 or more books at home each month. Seeing their big smiles and sparkling faces as they select their free book is priceless. They are so proud and thankful for the recognition, and it’s moments like these that reinforce our goal of teaching students the importance of falling in love with reading."
Join us in honoring Mrs. Millan and all principals who make a difference in our schools! ❤️💙

"One of the standout aspects of my school is undoubtedly the culture we have fostered. It's a place where everyone feels like they belong, and that creates an environment of warmth and support. The staff members at DLR are like a family. They are not just educators but mentors, guides, and often friends. Their passion for helping our youth is evident in everything they do, from organizing engaging lessons to offering personal support to students. This supportive culture empowers students to grow not just academically but personally. Happy National Principals Month! 🎉 Terri Slattery, principal of Sugarmill Elementary School, has taken a moment to share her favorite thing about being a principal:
"The daily interactions with students bring me the most joy. Greeting them at the door, exchanging high-fives and hugs in the hallways, and chatting during morning and afternoon duties are the best parts of my day. Stepping into the classroom to read, teach a lesson, or play at recess reminds me of my love for teaching and learning. The most fulfilling aspects in my role are supporting and guiding teachers and students, celebrating their successes, and helping them through challenges, knowing that each interaction makes a difference. We are incredibly proud of the Camden County High School FFA Chapter and the countless donors who made a tremendous impact on the Coffee County community through the Fill a Trailer Hurricane Disaster Relief drive.
With determination and compassion, Ms. Begnaud and Ms. Teston drove the packed trailer to Coffee County High School's Ag Department. Their efforts were met with immense gratitude—an understatement for the appreciation felt by all.
Upon returning to school, the Coffee County team collaborated with all of their school counselors to identify students and families who needed supplies. This thoughtful approach ensured that help reached those who needed it most.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came together to support this cause. Your kindness and generosity exemplify The Camden Way and remind us of the power of community. Together, we can make a difference! 🌟
Let's continue to stand strong and support one another. 💙

Happy National Principals Month! 🎉 Dr. Christy Roberts, principal of Camden Middle School, has taken a moment to share her favorite thing about her school:
"I started as a teacher at CMS in 1995. I then had the opportunity to serve as an assistant principal for many years and now have been given the opportunity to return as principal. The building has gone through many transformations and faces have changed over the years. However, what has always remained is the spirit of FAMILY. I watch teachers and staff take care of students every day as if they were their own children. I also see faculty and staff support each other like brothers and sisters. Many former students have returned as teachers, and some have blossomed into leadership positions. I am extremely proud to be part of the CMS family with the love, kindness, and help that is provided to every member. "
Join us in honoring Dr. Roberts and all principals who make a difference in our schools!💙💚

Ms. Dawson's 1st grade class at David L. Rainer Elementary had a blast with their pumpkin dissection today! The kids really got into it as they estimated the number of seeds in the pumpkin, measured its height, and even predicted if it would float or sink in water. It was such a fun and educational day for our little scientists! 🎃👩🔬👨🔬
