📚✨ David L. Rainer Elementary School teacher, Mrs. Aligood, and her 1st and 2nd grade Challenge Classes have been busy setting S.M.A.R.T. Goals! 🌟 During their discussion, they learned how to create goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely. Each student chose a personal area to improve, from reading and math to tying their own shoes and riding a bike without training wheels! 🚴‍♂️📖 To make it even more fun, the children crafted 3D portraits of faces and placed their goals in the heads, symbolizing how important it is to keep their goals at the forefront of their minds. 💭🎨 We are so proud of their dedication and creativity! 🌟👏 #BElieveinCAMDEN #WeAreCamden #DLRESTigers #SMARTGoals #FutureLeaders #CreativeLearning

📚✨ Problem Solving in Camden County Schools: A Step-by-Step Guide! 🌟 At Camden County Schools, we believe in addressing issues promptly and effectively. Here's the process to ensure your concerns are heard and resolved: 🔹 Step 1: Teacher/Staff Member Closest to the Situation Start by discussing the issue with the teacher or staff member who is directly involved. They are often the best equipped to provide immediate solutions or clarifications. 🔹 Step 2: School Administrator/Division Supervisor If the problem isn't resolved, the next step is to contact the school administrator or division supervisor. They can offer additional support and resources to help address the concern. 🔹 Step 3: Central Office Administrator Should the issue persist, reach out to a central office administrator. They have a broader perspective and can coordinate with various departments to find a resolution. 🔹 Step 4: Superintendent For more complex issues, the Superintendent is available to provide higher-level intervention and ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed. 🔹 Step 5: Board of Education As a last resort, you can bring the concern to the Board of Education. They oversee the entire school district and can make decisions on policy changes or other significant actions. We are committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for our students, staff, and community. Your voice matters, and we're here to help every step of the way! 💬🤝 #BElieveinCAMDEN #WeAreCamden #ProblemSolving #CommunitySupport #YourVoiceMatters

Today, we honor the memory of the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11th, 2001. We remember the bravery of the first responders, the resilience of the survivors, and the strength of a nation united in the face of tragedy. Let us take a moment to reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering spirit that define us. May we continue to support one another, cherish our freedoms, and work towards a future of peace and unity. #PatriotDay #NeverForget #UnitedWeStand

🌟 Setting SMART Goals for Success at Mary Lee Clark Elementary School! 🌟 Writing SMART goals can be a fantastic way to help students set and achieve objectives. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Mrs. Kimbro’s 1st grade challenge class wrote their SMART goals for the school year, and they're ready for an exciting journey of learning and growth! 📚✨ An example SMART Goal for a First Grader: Specific: I want to read more books. Measurable: I will read one new book each week. Achievable: I will read 10 pages every day. Relevant: I love stories about animals, so I will choose animal books. Time-bound: I will start this goal on Monday and keep going until the end of the school year. By breaking goals down into these components, first graders can have a clearer path to achieving them and can feel a sense of accomplishment as they track their progress. 🌈✅ Let’s cheer on Mrs. Kimbro’s 1st graders as they work towards their goals! 🎉📖 #BElieveinCAMDEN #WeAreCamden #SMARTGoals
